All services provided by Sexy URL ("Sexy URL") and it's owner(s) may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or redirecting to any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sexy URL and it's owner(s) from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the user or any other party.

Prohibited is creating redirect uniform resource locators or Sexy URL's that redirect to sites that promote any illegal activity or link to content that may be damaging to Sexy URL's servers, or any other server on the Internet.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

Malware
Phishing Sites 
Warez sites/Pirated Software
Crack/Reverse engineer programs or archives
Pyramid/Ponzi Schemes

NOTICE: IF YOUR SEXY URLS ARE FOUND TO LINK TO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, PHISHING SITES, MALWARE, PYRAMID/PONZI SCHEMES, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER/CRACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR SEXY URLS WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND YOUR IP ADDRESS WILL BE BANNED. SEXY URL WILL NOTIFY YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER AND THE PROPER AUTHORITIES (IF APPLICABLE) OF YOUR ACTIONS.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Sexy URL is strictly prohibited. As our user you are responsible for all your Sexy URL's. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your Sexy URL's will be disabled without chance of reinstatment.

Service Fees
There are no fees for the customer when using our services. Our service is sponsored by the advertisers that you will see throughout the site.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability
Sexy URL and it's owner(s) shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from a Sexy URL server going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Sexy URL and it's owner(s) shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any stored Sexy URL from one of Sexy URL's servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to our "Contact" form. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate deactivation of all the users Sexy URL's.

Disclaimer
Sexy URL and it's owner(s) cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their Sexy URL was functioning. Certain services provided by Sexy URL are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Sexy URL are not directly owned or written by Sexy URL. Moreover, Sexy URL and it's owner(s) holds no responsibility for the use of our customers. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the users Sexy URL in question and may result in the deletion of all the users Sexy URL's. We reserve the right to remove any Sexy URL, without advance notice for any reason, as Sexy URL sees fit.

By using this service, you agree to the above policies, disclaimer, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

NOTICE: If you fail to comply with these terms, we will not advise you prior to taking any action.

Server Uptime Guarantee
Although Sexy URL has an excellent record for reliability, we do not offer an uptime guarantee. However, our network and servers are monitored continuously, and are rarely down except for scheduled maintenance and hardware and software upgrades.

Sexy URL reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification.
